After you contact us regarding your project, we will either make a time/date to come and take a look at your project or discuss the details with you over the phone. Following this initial meeting, we will email you a copy of the Free Estimate that we provide within the next 3-7 days. This Estimate clearly outlines our services and the total cost of your project. Our pricing is up-front and accurate- you will not be surprised with any unplanned costs! Review it at your leisure. If you are in agreement, we will get you on the books.
Once you have booked your painting job, we will set up a call before your project date to go over the details:
- Confirm exact date/start time
- Confirm paint colors/sheens
- Answer last minute questions you have about your painting project

If not, there is no need to feel overwhelmed when deciding on colors. We can provide you with a link for a free virtual color consultation from a professional at Sherwin Williams. We also provide samples so that you can see exactly what some of the colors that you are considering will look like when they are applied to the surface.
When the job is done, we want to ensure that you are thoroughly satisfied with your project. We will:
- Complete a final walk-through
- Ensure no touch-ups are needed
- Provide a full clean up
- Provide you with a receipt for payment
